Product Details
The CyberPower PDU41002, an 8-outlet (front), 1U rackmount switched power distribution unit (PDU), provides 120V 20A output. It distributes power to 8 NEMA 5-20R receptacles from a single NEMA 5-20 or L5-20 (with adaptor) plug with unfiltered electrical pass-through. The switched outlet receptacles can be managed individually or collectively over the network, using the CyberPower Management Console, a web browser, and the RJ45 Ethernet port for network connection, or locally by using the LCD controls. Outlets can be turned on, turned off, or recycled on demand or at programmed times to address a number of needs including remote rebooting of locked equipment, load shedding, power sequencing, and locking out unauthorized loads. The PDU41002 comes with a three-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship in the product under normal use and conditions within three years of the purchase date.

CyberPower Management Console
A hardware interface built into Monitored and Switched PDUs. Its functionality includes the ability to switch PDU outlets on and off, reboot connected equipment locally or remotely, schedule power cycling of attached equipment, and perform other tasks, such as load monitoring and event logging.
Remote and Local Monitoring
Enables offsite and onsite tracking of PDU vitals; provides outlet control for individual and networked clients.
Automatic Event Notifications
Provide immediate updates about power events via email, SMS text, or SNMP traps.
Upgradeable Firmware
Downloadable improvements (firmware updates) to programs that run the PDU.
Digital Display
Provides easy-to-read information about amperage, voltage, KW, IP address, and other PDU information.
Network-Grade Plugs and Outlets
Highly durable construction ensures the efficient distribution of power in demanding IT or industrial environments to servers, equipment, and connected devices.
Long Input Power Cord
Reaches distant power sources, allowing the PDU to be placed where it’s needed.

Configurable Mounting Brackets
Allow for installation of the PDU in the following configurations: 0U (vertical, under counter, and wall mount), 1U (horizontal, vertical, under counter, and wall mount), and 2U (horizontal and wall mount).

Return Policy
Return Window: Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
RMA Required: All returns require prior authorization and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from ITLogixs.
Product Condition: Returned products must generally be unused, uninstalled, unregistered, undamaged, complete, and in resalable condition.
Original Packaging: Products should be returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories, licences, cables, and components.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to non-defective or discretionary returns.
Return Shipping: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an ITLogixs error or verified defective product.
Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping, freight, and special-handling charges are generally non-refundable.
Defective Products: Defective products may be repaired, replaced, credited, or handled through the applicable manufacturer warranty.
Shipping Damage: Visible shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect items should be reported within 5 business days of delivery, and all original packaging should be retained.
Software & Digital Products: Software, licence keys, subscriptions, cloud services, and digital products are generally non-returnable once issued, activated, registered, provisioned, downloaded, or electronically delivered.
Special-Order Products: Custom-configured, built-to-order, special-order, and non-stock products may be non-returnable.
Medical & Hygiene Products: Opened medical, sterile, hygienic, personal-protection, or patient-contact products may be non-returnable.
Final-Sale Items: Clearance, final-sale, hazardous, used, altered, damaged, incomplete, or manufacturer-restricted products may not be eligible for return.
Refunds: Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Statutory Rights: Nothing in this policy limits any consumer or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian law.
