The video switch maintains Ultra HD 4K picture quality while switching between content from HDMI source devices - including Blu-ray™ players and DVD players, computer systems, video game consoles, digital cable and satellite boxes and A/V receivers.
4K support ensures a higher level of image clarity and visibility, delivering four times the resolution of 1080p - 8.29 million pixels versus 2.07 million pixels. It provides a more engaging visual experience for audiences in a wide range of venues including conference centers, boardrooms, educational facilities, and commercial settings. • Fast auto-switching: ensures minimal time for switching between HDMI sources. The switch provides effortless operation with advanced auto-sensing - it detects the latest connected HDMI source and automatically switches to it. Auto-switching encourages collaboration among colleagues, by making it easy to share a projector or display. It also ensures no downtime in a digital signage application if a source signal is accidentally powered off or fails.
• Priority switching: identifies one port to take first priority for HDMI sources when multiple sources are connected, ideal for applications such as digital signage.
• Manual switching: enables you to manually select your HDMI source with front panel buttons that are easy to use.
An IR remote control is included in the box, enabling you to select your desired input source remotely. The RS-232 serial control interface ensures easy remote operation with serial control enabled devices.
Hassle-free setup with plug-and-play installation
The switch also saves time during setup with EDID emulation, which ensures that all of your display settings, such as native resolution and refresh rate, are communicated between your display and video source devices. EDID emulation maximizes compatibility with your 4K display, ensuring a convenient plug-and-play installation and the sharpest image quality.

Return Policy
Return Window: Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
RMA Required: All returns require prior authorization and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from ITLogixs.
Product Condition: Returned products must generally be unused, uninstalled, unregistered, undamaged, complete, and in resalable condition.
Original Packaging: Products should be returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories, licences, cables, and components.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to non-defective or discretionary returns.
Return Shipping: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an ITLogixs error or verified defective product.
Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping, freight, and special-handling charges are generally non-refundable.

Medical & Hygiene Products: Opened medical, sterile, hygienic, personal-protection, or patient-contact products may be non-returnable.
Final-Sale Items: Clearance, final-sale, hazardous, used, altered, damaged, incomplete, or manufacturer-restricted products may not be eligible for return.
Refunds: Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Standard Shipping: In-stock orders are generally delivered within 5 business days after order acceptance, payment verification, and inventory confirmation.
Free Shipping: Standard ground shipping is free on eligible orders of $300 CAD or more before taxes.
Flat-Rate Shipping: Orders under $300 CAD are subject to a $19.99 CAD flat shipping fee for standard ground delivery.
Availability: Delivery times are subject to product availability, payment clearance, order verification, warehouse processing, and carrier availability.
Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.
