Two independent arms make it easy to adjust your dual-monitor setup, plus two USB pass-through ports and headset plugs provide easy accessibility to ports. Create a more ergonomic dual-monitor setup When you mount your displays on a dual-monitor arm above your desk or table surface, you can adjust your display height, position and viewing angles easily to create a more comfortable and ergonomic work environment. You also get the added benefit of reclaiming valuable workspace by clearing monitor stands off your desk, plus the cable management system keeps cables neatly tucked away. The dual-arm monitor mount holds two 12" to 32" monitors, side-by-side, with ease. Each arm supports up to 8.0 kg (17.6 lb.) of weight. Built-in USB pass-through ports and audio ports The ARMSLIMDUO gives you easy access to two USB pass-through ports and two audio ports located at the front of the base. The ports let you conveniently extend the ports on your PC or laptop, using the integrated cables. This lets you plug in your microphone, headset or USB devices, without having to reach around to access the ports on your computer. It also gives you a cleaner cable setup, which adds to a more productive, less cluttered work space. Full-motion arms with articulation and spring-assisted height adjustment The desk-mount monitor arms offer a full range of motion on several axes, letting you tilt, pan and rotate your monitors to adjust your viewing angle any time to suit your changing needs. To view longer pages or blocks of code without scrolling, the arms also support landscape-to-portrait display rotation for each monitor. The spring-assisted height adjustment makes raising or lowering your monitors effortless. You can also adjust the tension to your own preference. Return Policy

  • Return Window: Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • RMA Required: All returns require prior authorization and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from ITLogixs.

  • Product Condition: Returned products must generally be unused, uninstalled, unregistered, undamaged, complete, and in resalable condition.

  • Original Packaging: Products should be returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories, licences, cables, and components.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to non-defective or discretionary returns.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an ITLogixs error or verified defective product.

  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping, freight, and special-handling charges are generally non-refundable.

  • Defective Products: Defective products may be repaired, replaced, credited, or handled through the applicable manufacturer warranty.

  • Shipping Damage: Visible shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect items should be reported within 5 business days of delivery, and all original packaging should be retained.

  • Software & Digital Products: Software, licence keys, subscriptions, cloud services, and digital products are generally non-returnable once issued, activated, registered, provisioned, downloaded, or electronically delivered.

  • Special-Order Products: Custom-configured, built-to-order, special-order, and non-stock products may be non-returnable.

  • Medical & Hygiene Products: Opened medical, sterile, hygienic, personal-protection, or patient-contact products may be non-returnable.

  • Final-Sale Items: Clearance, final-sale, hazardous, used, altered, damaged, incomplete, or manufacturer-restricted products may not be eligible for return.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • Statutory Rights: Nothing in this policy limits any consumer or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian law.

Shipping Policy

  • Standard Shipping: In-stock orders are generally delivered within 5 business days after order acceptance, payment verification, and inventory confirmation.

  • Free Shipping: Standard ground shipping is free on eligible orders of $300 CAD or more before taxes.

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: Orders under $300 CAD are subject to a $19.99 CAD flat shipping fee for standard ground delivery.

  • Availability: Delivery times are subject to product availability, payment clearance, order verification, warehouse processing, and carrier availability.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping Charges: Freight, handling, insurance, and special-delivery charges may apply where free shipping is not available.

  • Remote Locations: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and extended-service locations.
