Return Window: Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

RMA Required: All returns require prior authorization and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from ITLogixs.

Product Condition: Returned products must generally be unused, uninstalled, unregistered, undamaged, complete, and in resalable condition.

Original Packaging: Products should be returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories, licences, cables, and components.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to non-defective or discretionary returns.

Return Shipping: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an ITLogixs error or verified defective product.

Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping, freight, and special-handling charges are generally non-refundable.

Defective Products: Defective products may be repaired, replaced, credited, or handled through the applicable manufacturer warranty.

Shipping Damage: Visible shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect items should be reported within 5 business days of delivery, and all original packaging should be retained.

Software & Digital Products: Software, licence keys, subscriptions, cloud services, and digital products are generally non-returnable once issued, activated, registered, provisioned, downloaded, or electronically delivered.

Special-Order Products: Custom-configured, built-to-order, special-order, and non-stock products may be non-returnable.

Medical & Hygiene Products: Opened medical, sterile, hygienic, personal-protection, or patient-contact products may be non-returnable.

Final-Sale Items: Clearance, final-sale, hazardous, used, altered, damaged, incomplete, or manufacturer-restricted products may not be eligible for return.

Refunds: Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Statutory Rights: Nothing in this policy limits any consumer or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian law.

Standard Shipping: In-stock orders are generally delivered within 5 business days after order acceptance, payment verification, and inventory confirmation.

Free Shipping: Standard ground shipping is free on eligible orders of $300 CAD or more before taxes.

Flat-Rate Shipping: Orders under $300 CAD are subject to a $19.99 CAD flat shipping fee for standard ground delivery.

Availability: Delivery times are subject to product availability, payment clearance, order verification, warehouse processing, and carrier availability.

Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges: Freight, handling, insurance, and special-delivery charges may apply where free shipping is not available.

Remote Locations: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and extended-service locations.

Oversized & Freight Items: Heavy, oversized, palletized, hazardous, or special-handling products may require additional freight charges.

Tracking: Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment.

Backorders: Backordered, special-order, configured, or manufacturer-restricted products may require additional delivery time.

Split Shipments: Products may ship separately from different warehouses, manufacturers, or distributors.

Delivery Delays: Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, supplier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges caused by incorrect addresses or refused deliveries may apply.
