This rugged and portable USB crash cart adapter lets you turn your laptop into a portable console for accessing servers, desktops and laptops, as well as ATMs, kiosks or any computing device that features both VGA and USB ports.

This adapter also supports local file transfer and video capturing built into the software.

This crash cart adapter has been specifically designed for maximum durability. It features a rugged, rubberized housing that can handle drops by absorbing shock, to make sure that you're equipped for unexpected challenges.

Troubleshoot your devices quickly and easily. Simply connect the crash cart adapter to your laptop using the included USB cable, then connect the integrated USB and VGA cables to your server.

The crash cart adapter features a flexible software interface that offers robust performance. It enables you to transfer files from your laptop to the server, monitor and capture activity from the connected device as video for records or instructional purposes, and take screenshots and scale the display window to full-screen mode or smaller, without scroll bars.

Compact portability

This compact crash cart adapter lets you connect to a headless device using only a laptop, eliminating the need to lug around an awkward, traditional server room crash cart. With optimal portability in mind for your mobile administration or repairs, this pocket-sized adapter features a small footprint and lightweight design that easily fits inside your laptop bag.

The adapter is USB powered so you won't need to carry a power adapter. Plus, the KVM cables are attached to the crash cart adapter so you won't need additional accessories to connect it to your server. The built-in cables have been engineered with strain relief, preventing them from wearing or breaking.

Return Policy

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to non-defective or discretionary returns.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an ITLogixs error or verified defective product.

  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping, freight, and special-handling charges are generally non-refundable.

  • Defective Products: Defective products may be repaired, replaced, credited, or handled through the applicable manufacturer warranty.

  • Shipping Damage: Visible shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect items should be reported within 5 business days of delivery, and all original packaging should be retained.

  • Software & Digital Products: Software, licence keys, subscriptions, cloud services, and digital products are generally non-returnable once issued, activated, registered, provisioned, downloaded, or electronically delivered.

  • Special-Order Products: Custom-configured, built-to-order, special-order, and non-stock products may be non-returnable.

  • Medical & Hygiene Products: Opened medical, sterile, hygienic, personal-protection, or patient-contact products may be non-returnable.

  • Final-Sale Items: Clearance, final-sale, hazardous, used, altered, damaged, incomplete, or manufacturer-restricted products may not be eligible for return.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • Statutory Rights: Nothing in this policy limits any consumer or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian law.

Shipping Policy

  • Standard Shipping: In-stock orders are generally delivered within 5 business days after order acceptance, payment verification, and inventory confirmation.

  • Free Shipping: Standard ground shipping is free on eligible orders of $300 CAD or more before taxes.

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: Orders under $300 CAD are subject to a $19.99 CAD flat shipping fee for standard ground delivery.

  • Availability: Delivery times are subject to product availability, payment clearance, order verification, warehouse processing, and carrier availability.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping Charges: Freight, handling, insurance, and special-delivery charges may apply where free shipping is not available.

  • Remote Locations: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and extended-service locations.
